A two hour consult session to dive deep into your birth plan. Within a week afterwards, your birth plan will be sent to you as a PDF file to share with your people.

Throughout your pregnancy you will meet 1:1 (and with support people if desired!) to discuss your pregnancy, birth plan, and any post partum planning you may need. Throughout your pregnancy you will meet up to 10 times based on when you start services. Up until 28 weeks, enjoy 45-minute once a month support sessions. From 28 weeks until 36 weeks, you will meet every two weeks for 45-minute long check-ins. From 36 until 40 weeks, meet once a week for 45-minutes to check-in, and discuss any needs you may have.

Recommendations may occur for additional support members. Birth care will consist of up to 16 hours of support and care during your labor, birth, and delivery. Hourly meet ups scheduled monthly <28 weeks, biweekly weeks 28-36, weekly weeks 36-40, full birth care, one within 3 days of birth, weekly until 6 weeks post partum. Text and phone support is available from 9-5 M-F up until 28 weeks pregnant, 8-8 M-F until 36 weeks pregnant, and 24/7 from 36 weeks pregnant to 1 week post partum. From 2-6 weeks post partum text/phone support is available from 9-5 M-F.

Hourly meet ups scheduled monthly <28 weeks, biweekly weeks 28-34, weekly weeks 34-40, full birth care, and one within 3 days of birth.

12 hours of weekly support for six weeks post partum (72 hours total) that can include childcare for newborn/siblings, meal prep/grocery shopping, family chores, birth parent support, and more.

Your choice of 10 meals a week crafted using local ingredients for 6 weeks for up to a family of 6 delivered to your home.

Virtual or in-person lactation consulting to support your lactation needs.

Hourly check-ins and support focused on lactation for six weeks post partum. Check-ins are scheduled at <3 days post partum, and weekly after that for a total of 7. Available in person or virtually.

Private 45-minute yoga classes geared towards your family at a location of your choice.

A private birth preparation class geared towards you and your significant other(s) and/or coparent(s), as well as any other support folks you'd like to join us. Beforehand you will fill out a survey to help determine what our focuses will be.

A private two-hour class geared at the individualized needs of the parents and support people caring for a new baby. Beforehand a survey will be provided that will help articulate what your needs look like. Support and learning can include baby led weaning, lactation, pumping, sleep care, and more.

Hour-long consults geared towards birth and supporting parents around holistic health. Two follow up sessions at two week intervals are available for an additional cost. Herbal packages and recommendations come at an additional cost.
