I meet with you virtually weekly for training and movement, accountability and food planning. Each month you have access to my recipe collection, virtual group workouts, and ongoing text support. During our meet ups, we’ll workout, talk about food, and lifestyle, and any obstacles you’re facing.
Off the rip, you’ll have access to workout guides, and videos, and my 12-week recovery program for post partum. With those added supports, plus our coaching you’ll be supported to grow your body to match your desired lifestyle.
